Here I come to save the day!
Once again, I’m here with menu help!
One of my favorite things in the world is to turn a ‘to-do list’ into a ‘to-done list’,
and letting me help you plan your meals means you’re just that much closer!
The weather here has still been crazy- cold then hot then cold again,
and it seems like Spring is a million years away.
But this week, I was channeling Spring as I created this menu.
Adding in more fresh veggies and lightening up heavier winter-y meals.
The meals for this week are:

#WetNWildWednesday: Stir-Fried Shrimp w/ Spicy Orange Sauce
#ThrowbackThursday: Creamy Chicken & Wild Rice Skillet Dinner
#FamilyFaveFriday: Pork Chops w/ Sauteed Apples
#SouperSaturday: Cheesy Cauliflower & Potato Soup
#SlowCookerSunday: Slow Cooker Beef Lettuce Wraps
Special Treat: Chocolate Cranberry Parfaits

These recipes are all from the Cooking Light Diet plan that I’m following
